Jewel of Mabul Development office established in Kota Kinabalu.

International Architect, Project Engineers and Consultants with local counter parts.

Environment Impact Assessment Approved.

Architectural design and construction documentation completed.

2013

Phase 1 Pilings Completed

2013 – Ongoing

The resort development is underway. Updates on completion will be provided when finalized.
